Bringing Napa Valley to eh Berkshires

Prepared by Chef-owner Dan Smith, dinner will highlight locally sourced ingredients including fresh, farm-raised grilled lamb loin from Lila’s Farm in Great Barrington as the main course. Each course will be paired with Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot-Cabernet Franc selections from St. Helena-based Somerston Estate and the Priest Ranch, located in the heart of Yountville, Napa Valley.
