Chefs for Clearwater

You are invited to celebrate the bounty of the Hudson Valley with Clearwater. Grammy winning singer songwriter Tom Chapin will serve as emcee; author and New York Times Outdoors columnist Peter Kaminsky will be the keynote speaker for the event. Hosted by Chef Terrance Brennan of The Roundhouse by Terrance Brennan, Beacon NY and Dr. Tim Ryan, President of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), the second annual Chefs for Clearwater event promises to be the premier food and wine event in the Hudson Valley.
