Chocolate Making and Tasting with Pastry Chef Madeline Delosh

We’ve invited pastry chef Madeline Delosh to prepare two of her favorite chocolate creations—a heart-shaped chocolate mousse with chocolate glaze on a chocolate sablee and a chocolate millefeuille with raspberry mousse.
