CityMaking Salon Series: Steven Higashide

Our event will feature local author Steven Higashide, expert on urban transit and author of Better Buses, Better Cities. Steven’s work synthesizes the need for improved public transit with its effect on the environment, human rights, participation in democracy, and accessibility to jobs and healthcare. Discussion will be led by the Newburgh Transportation Advisory Committee. Experience the practical everyday side of Newburgh bus transit–join TAC on a SouthSide bus route prior to the event.
