The Joy of the Yogini: Women's Retreat
Colleen Saidman Yee & Friends
September 16-18, 2001

Menla is a serene and magical sanctuary located in a 320 acre valley in the very heart of the Catskill Mountains. Surrounded by a national forest preserve, we are able to provide our guests with a wondrous and tranquil experience. Throughout the year visitors can enjoy the fresh mountain air, abundant wildlife, and natural beauty of our valley’s exquisite landscape. Designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and convenience, our modern eco-friendly facilities are an ideal setting for your group retreats, conferences, and spa vacations. Menla offers first-rate housing accommodations, which our guests consistently rate favorably compared to other retreat centers.

This is a rare and unique opportunity to transform your life by cleansing, communing, and practicing together in a very intimate environment, nestled in Menla’s breathtaking landscapes. Go home refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed, empowered by your fullest expression as a woman.

We welcome women at all levels of practice!
