Cooking Class: Chinese Take Out Food 

When: Sat., March 4, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 2017
Guided by recipes from “The Chinese Takeout Cookbook” by Diane Kuan and “Stir-frying to the Sky’s Edge” by Grace Young we will prepare Scallion Pancakes, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Soy Sauce Chicken Wings and Steamed Rice.
