Schultz works with new and vintage threads and textiles on natural linen. Old hankies, feed bags, used clothing, handmade lace, tablecloths, trim, and other goods are all incorporated into her work, lending a rich, textured look. Raw edges are left visible and the majority of Schultz’s works are handsewn.
