Creative Crossroads Presents Stitch by Stitch: The Art of Needlework

Creative Crossroads will present “Stitch by Stitch: The Art of Needlework”, a collection of embroidery presented by the Hyde Park, NY-based Skyllkill Chapter of the Embroiders Guild of America at The Stanford Grange. About 50 works of embroidery will be on display. Embroidery is the art of decorating a material, such as cotton, linen, silk or satin, with needle and thread or yarn. Metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins may also be used to embroider – all reflective of the incredible range, creativity and flexibility embroidery offers.
