Sip wine and meet some of DCSPCA's adorable adoptable dogs while taking in the gorgeous view from Milea's hilltop Vintner's Clubhouse. Enjoy LIVE spooky poetry readings by local performers in the spirit of Halloween. The event is free, but registration is required.
