DXF® is a fun, empowering, cardio-interval fitness program that incorporates dance, kickboxing, strength-training, and soul line dance. DXF combines new and old school music and movement to engage all ages and ability levels. DXF uses music such as Hip-Hop, African, Latin, Motown, Pop, and Soca. The movements are easy- to-follow and ever-changing.
