The Harvest Demonstration Kitchen hosts demonstrators and lecturers on the culinary arts. Bring in their best pasta salad recipe to be judged on presentation and taste on Wednesday, August 26th at 6pm. An “Iron Chef” cooking battle between the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department and the Poughkeepsie Fire Department takes place at high noon on Saturday, August 29th.
