Embroidery Workshop

Learn the craft of embroidery! Whether you are interested in embroidering on clothes, making creative patches, or using embroidery in fine art, this workshop will help you learn the basics to move forward. Students will learn a variety of stitches in the first half of the class (including: Straight Stitch, Back Stitch, French Knots, Lazy Daisy Stitch, Satin Stitch, Bullion Knots, Roses, and more), and use these stitches to make a work of their choice. Projects can include- embroidery on your own clothing/fabrics, making a small patch.
