Expert Forager Russ Cohen: Native Edible Plants

Expert forager and author of Wild Plants I Have Known…and Eaten, Russ Cohen will give a talk on native edible plants. Cohen’s talk will feature a 90-minute presentation of at least two-dozen species of edible wild plants and will highlight which portions are edible. Cohen will supply helpful handout and will bring samples of foraged goodies made from edible native species for people to taste.
