Join us for a fun class for the full family, kids ages 5-11. Yoga is a practice that give kids the tools to develop a calm and balanced mind, while helping them build a strong and flexible body. More importantly: it's fun!
When practiced as a family, yoga encourages cooperation and communication. Family Yoga incorporate basic yoga poses presented in a creative, and engaging yoga-themed adventure. There is an emphasis on poses that encourage parents, children, and siblings to work together. No yoga experience is necessary.
