Farm to Table Dinner

Fishkill Farms is partnering with celebrated chef John Lekic at Le Express and his Farmers and Chefs food truck to put on a farm to table dining experience. The four-course meal will be crafted to showcase the finest produce the Hudson Valley has to offer, including our very own organic vegetables and sustainably grown fruit.
