An afternoon with the creators of Foraging & Feasting, the acclaimed book on wild edibles. We'll begin with a wild edibles walk with herbalist and forager Dina Falconi, then we'll return indoors where we'll learn to draw the plants we’ve gathered with botanical artist Wendy Hollender. Part three of the afternoon will take place in our kitchen-classroom, where wild plants will be transformed into food, medicine, and other preparations.
