Did you know that Cacao beans are fermented-dried-then roasted to develop complex flavor notes in chocolate? Come do a tasting with us! We will cover technique, vocabulary used to describe what you are tasting, and flavors that you should look for. As a group we will taste several different craft chocolates and discuss what we find in each one. You’ll finish off with a pairing of one of our beers. Our goal is that you leave this tasting with some sweet new knowledge and you will know what to look for when shopping for chocolate.
