Learn about the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course at an orientation session – before the start of classes. These orientation sessions are free of charge and are required of all participants. Over 40,000 patients, referred by thousands of physicians and hundreds of other health care providers, have completed the internationally acclaimed course, the most widely researched mind-body program in the world. You can experience, first-hand, mindfulness methods and approaches you will be learning during the program and meet our program instructors.
