Full Moon Walk

Celebrate the full Beaver Moon with a walk to the beaver dam on the Vassar Farm and Ecological Preserve! Learn about behavioral changes of critters with the waxing moon, and why the 'Beaver Moon' falls in November. Thanks to its proximity to earth, the moon will appear much brighter and larger than usual, the likes of which we won't see again until 2034! The walk is around 3 miles of fairly level ground. Bring a flashlight.
