Don Fraser, Educator at Staatsburgh State Historic Site (Mills Mansion) will tell the true stories that made millionaires blush at the turn of the 20th century. Staatsburgh’s owners, Ruth and Ogden Mills, were models of respectability– but their Gilded Age friends were not! We’ll explore the scandals that filled the Society Pages 100 years ago and recount one or two stories that were oo racy for the newspapers. Light refreshments will be offered.
