Gilding the Lily: Art Journaling

Play and experiment with art techniques; process thoughts and feelings; document your life! Art journals combine images and words to express a thought, feeling, or idea, manifesting into your own personal journey of creative expressionism. In honor of Earth Day, you'll have an opportunity to ramble around the barn's five acres to gather beautiful natural objects and found materials to incorporate in your journal-making. In this workshop you will learn how to be loose and just enjoy being in the creative moment. Art supplies provided. Please bring an old book to serve as your journal.
