Goodbye

Merge
In cold hard sweat we
Drink each other’s secrets
Hoping to find
Bliss
Entwined whispers, promises slip by like
The last raindrop’s
Descent from the old gutter on
The house we were going to make into our dream
Once
Did you know?
This was the last.
