Learn to replicate the flavors of Asian cuisine right in your own kitchen! In this Asian inspired class you will learn to make salmon using authentic Asian flavors, such as mirin, fish sauce, and sesame. A crunchy slaw featuring cabbage, carrots, and spring onions in a rice vinegar and lime juice sauce, and basil cilantro buckwheat noodles will accompany your fish for a well-rounded, delicious, and filling meal!
