Come join us for a guided Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” where your awareness will move from the physical body to the mind and breath in a deeply relaxing sequence. Next you will be guided through a visualization called the Rainbow Meditation developed by a Qigong master to release stress and blockages and recharge your energy for the new year.
