This 3 week class offers adolescents (ages 11 to teen) the opportunity to express themselves through movement in a supportive and challenging therapeutic space. We will focus on body image and the accepting of the ever-evolving adolescent identity. Students will explore their own expression of identity through new experiential movement practices each week.
