Heroes of Fishkill Day

A Revolutionary War event which for the first time in history will honor the 57 Women of The Revolution who are buried at the cemetery. US National Parks Historian for the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary War Trail will speak about the Revolutionary War hero, the Marquis de LaFayette's travels through Fishkill, NY in 1780, re-enactors, musketry firing, marking drills, historic tributes, displays and self guided cemetery tour. Local dignitaries will conduct Opening Ceremony at 9:30 am.
