On March 16, Governor Cuomo ordered all restaurants and bars in New York State to limit service to pick-up and takeout orders. Restaurants are a strong economic engine for the Hudson Valley, but with already narrow margins, they are under intense economic pressure during this COVID-19 health crisis.
