Hudson Valley Philharmonic: Holst's The Planets

When Holst wrote his seven-movement orchestral suite, each movement characterized by a separate planet outside of earth, he never imagined the planets themselves would accompany his performance. Poughkeepsie's orchestra will journey through the piece alongside Vassar's choir as images are projected from NASA's Hubble Space Telescope.
