Manitoga presents In the Landscape, a series of informed and inspired walks that reinforce observation and sensory exploration.
Join Mindful Outdoor Nature Guide Jane Dobson for the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing. Unlike a typical walk in the woods, Forest Bathing is slower and more deliberate, allowing our bodies and minds to reset in the natural environment we evolved from. Nature exposure lowers blood pressure and heart rate, reduces stress, and boosts our immune system and mood.
