Inclusive Workforce Training and Luncheon

Ramapo for Children will host representatives from businesses and organizations in Rhinebeck and neighboring communities for a luncheon and training focused on strategies to build an inclusive workforce. At this free event, local business and organization leaders will have the opportunity to learn ways to diversify their workforce and accommodate individuals with disabilities. They will meet participants in Ramapo’s Staff Assistant Experience, a transition-to-independence program for young adults who face challenges, and hear their employment success stories. Representatives from various local businesses and organizations, including Hawthorne Threads and Another Fork in the Road, will be in attendance.
