Injury Prevention for Runners

When: Saturdays, 8-9 a.m. Continues through Nov. 22 2014
A 4-week exercise class designed specifically for current and potential runners looking to prevent injury and improve performance. We will focus on core and hip strengthening as well as lower body flexibility specific to the running population.
