Zephyr Float welcomes you to practice mindfulness in a serene setting. With meditation, we calm the body, balance the emotions, and stabilize the attention. We find greater ease in parenting, creativity, work, and recovery. Compassion practices and lovingkindness practices are featured in this offering. Students receive support for home practice.
