James Maddock Sings in Rosendale

British singer-songwriter James Maddock rose to fame as the frontman of Americana outfit Wood, whose Top Five single “Stay You” was featured prominently on TV’s “Dawson’s Creek.” Maddock, now based in New York, will pay the Rondout Creek a visit when he plays the Rosendale Café on December 30.

In addition to appearing on “CBS This Morning” and “Late Night with David Letterman,” Maddock has performed with no less than Bruce Springsteen himself. Prior to forming Wood, he fronted earnest indie outfit Fire Next Time.
