The 10th annual Peekskill Jazz and Blues Festival kicks off July 23, once again bringing a full day and night of great, free music to the Lower Hudson Valley town’s historic arts district.

Headlining the event this year is award-winning blues great Joe Louis Walker. Also performing will be the Afrobeat/jazz band the Brighton Beat, the Latin Grammy-nominated Michael Tate and 3D Rhythm of Life, and Greg Westhoff’s 18-piece Westchester Swing Band. More acts are being added as the date draws near.

Here’s a taste of Joe Louis Walker and band live:

The 10th annual Peekskill Jazz and Blues Festival will take place at multiple stages in downtown Peekskill, New York, on July 23 from 3-10pm. Admission is free for all. For more information, call (914) 737-6624 or visit facebook.com/PeekskillJazzandBlues.
