Enjoy a 4-course meal including Chilled Asparagus Soup, Zehr Farm Mushrooms, Smoked Salmon, and more, prepared and presented by the young chefs in our Culinary Apprenticeship Program under the mentorship of Chef Brian Alberg. The brunch will featured live music from the Nico Max Jazz Duo.
