Jewish Music Culture of Eastern Europe

Multi-instrumentalist, composer, and musicologist Zisl Slepovitch will give the lecture and will follow with a concert with his klezmer band, Litvakus, at 7:00pm. Slepovitch, a native of Minsk, Belarus, is a touring artist and has served as Assistant Music Director for several National Yiddish Theatre productions and as a Yiddish language and culture instructor at The New School University.
