Katie Down: Sound Bath

Sound Baths are Deep Listening experiences with a dive into listening with all the senses. Resonant drone instruments such as metal and crystal singing bowls, crystal veena, monochords, bells, chimes, mbiras, and other instruments are used to create an evocative soundscape for inner journeying and connection to our natural sonic world. Katie will be joined by singer and monochord player, Joule L'Adara. Katie Down is a sound healer, music psychotherapist, teacher and musician based in Orange County, NY. Her private practice, SoundWell Center offers private music therapy and EMDR therapy.
