Every parent wants their child to be happy, healthy, and successful in life. Meditation is a perfect tool to introduce to children, and promotes inner strength and emotional well-being. In these classes, children learn simple meditations, as well as methods to calm their minds and deal with negative feelings. Classes include a short discussion about everyday experiences relevant to children, guided meditation, and fun activities that foster habits such as kindness cooperation, patience and giving.
