Kwanzaa Festival and Umoja Community Celebration

A Kwanzaa Festival and Umoja Community Celebration, beginning with crafts for children, a candle-lighting ceremony, and the sharing of the Nguzo Saba, the seven principles of Kwanzaa, by community members. After the celebration, participants will be invited to stay for a light “Karamu” supper by Hazel’s Kitchen, followed by the giving of Zawadi (gifts for children).
