Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon Q&A following "Space Oddity" Screening

On Saturday, April 1 after the 6:30 p.m. screening of Space Oddity, Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon will sit down with Griffin Dunne to talk about the making of the movie.

The event is part of The Moviehouse's "Meet the Director" series which showcases and supports filmmakers by hosting talks and audience Q&As designed to provide context, bring filmmakers and audiences together, and enhance the moviegoing experience.

Space Oddity, starring Kyle Allen, Alexandra Shipp, and Kevin Bacon, is love story and also a film about the importance of human connection. Alex (Allen) is struggling after the death of his brother and latches on to an opportunity to leave it all behind for a one-way mission to Mars, much to the dismay of his father (Bacon). However, an unexpected romance (with Shipp’s character) forces him to choose between an uncertain journey to the stars or an even more uncertain journey of the soul. It’s the perfect blend of humor and heart.
