Learn the Art of Reiki - Level One

Learn the Japanese healing art of Reiki energy medicine. In Reiki Level I you will learn the history and fundamentals of Reiki and how energy medicine works. The primary focus of Level I is on self-care and self healing. During this 3-week program students will receive the initial Reiki energy attunements and will learn basic self-care techniques and hand placements. Discussion will also include and introduction to the Chakras and the spiritual aspects of energy medicine.
