It’s never too late to join the fun and learn to swing dance. Lessons with Linda & Chester Freeman of Got2Lindy Dance Studios take you step by step into the exciting world of swing dance. With weekly classes, monthly dances and private lessons available anytime, Linda and Chester offer a fun, easy-going way to turn your feet into dancing feet. No partner or experience necessary to attend classes. Each series is four weeks so you can review and progress each week. Beginner classes are held in Kingston at the Arts Society of Kingston (ASK), 97 Broadway from 6-7 pm (more advanced levels can join our 7 and 8pm classes) starting January 6 and in Highland at Boughton Place, 150 Kisor Road at 6:30-7:30pm on Tuesdays starting January 7. In addition to weekly group classes in Kingston and Highland, they hold monthly swing dances at Mac Fitness in Kingston on the first Saturday of every month. This month’s dance is January 4th and includes a lesson and a performance for $10. Private lesson are always available covering all ballroom styles and wedding preparation. Visit http://www.got2lindy.com/ for complete schedule and information. You can also visit their wedding website at http://www.bestweddingdancelessons.com/ or call 845-236-3939.
