Learning to be Human: Fourth Way Mindfulness

An introduction to the Fourth Way of GI Gurdjieff, its history and place in the spectrum of inner work traditions. This is a work of bringing presence, self-study, and inner work to our relationships, roles, and endeavors where life is a reflection of our being. We will study basic techniques and practice Fourth Way Mindfulness Meditation together. Continues on March 19 (Deepening Our Practice) and April 2 (Navigating with Presence). Led by Jason Stern.
