Join Curator of Education and Public Engagement, Mary Alexander as she discusses the seven Winslow Homer oil paintings in the Arkell Museum collection. This collection of paintings, now on view, encompasses several phases in the artist's storied career. Through these seven paintings, we will examine distinctive changes in Homer's style from Civil War artist to marine painter - with much in between. This will be a virtual event on Zoom.
