Lou Roper, Professor of History at SUNY-New Paltz, speaks on seventeenth-century colonial New York and the Hudson River Valley in the context of the larger Atlantic World. This local history talk is a collaboration of the library, Jacob Leisler Institute for the Study of Early New York History, Gotham Center for New York City History, and Greenport Historical Society.
