Medicare 101 Seminar

Hopewell resident Joan Mistretta, Medicare Advisor of the Hudson Valley, will present this free educational program on Medicare 101. This workshop, will explain all of A, B, C’s of Medicare. Topics include: how to enroll in Medicare and when you need to enroll, what is original Medicare, what are Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Supplemental Plans and what are the differences between the two plans. Also explained are the cost sharing and benefits that are associated with each letter (Part A, Part B, etc.) of Medicare so that seniors will have a better understanding of their benefits and how to utilize them. This information is valuable to those entering Medicare as well as those who are already on Medicare.
