Open up pathways to begin or resume a meditation practice. Learn easy to use techniques to calm the emotions and focus the mind. The workshop will include simple postures and breath work followed by instruction and experiential meditation. Led by Marnie McKnight-Favell of Dragonfly Holistic, LLC, yoga teacher at Yoga Way.
