Cidermakers Max Pritchard of Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider and Leif Sündstrom of Sündstrom Cider are pouring their creations here this Sunday! Taste some truly excellent ciders, pepper our guests with all your cidermaking questions and enjoy some cheese- and-such as we launch our Second Sunday Cider Tastings (watch for more announcements in months to come on this new featured tasting- and join us in bolstering the burgeoning cider culture here in the HV to one day parallel the extraordinarily vivid and robust ones in Spain's Asturias and Basque Country).
