Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with Stephanie Speer
When: Tue., July 11, 6:30-8:30 p.m. 2017
This experiential and interactive program provides an opportunity to learn a variety of mindfulness practices that focus on the breath, body, sound, movement, daily activities, and interpersonal interactions. Individualized support and guidance is also provided to enable each of us to gain the ability to use these practices formally and informally as we learn to gain greater balance, control, and an ease of being. This 8- session program is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn.
