Mindfulness is the practice of observing one's habits, patterns and choices. We are then able to recognize what is serving us and what is causing our stress,” Tatelbaum said. “We will cultivate choice instead of automatic reactions which teach us how to respond rather than react.”
The sessions begin April 27 and will run from 7 to 9 p.m. each Monday through June 29 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, 45 Reade Place.
The cost of the program is $385 and includes materials. The program is free for Health Quest and affiliate staff.
There is limited seating. To register, call 845-471-5269.
